I have a problem with my hot water via a Potteton Puma 80e boiler?

I recently drained and recharged my boiler / radiators to change a TRV and get alot of air out of my rads. But since then I have had no water running though my hot water taps. My central heating system is working fine. One odd thing that does happen, through checking all my valves, I tried my shower which does run water - cold, but it runs. While the shower is running, I can actually get water running through my taps, but again cold water.

I would be most obliged if someone could point me in the right direction with this one.
