Mend Hotpoint FDW60 Dishwasher Repair Filters

How can I fix my Hotpoint dishwasher FDW60?

My dishwasher has the Eco light flashing and will not operate any cycle. I have thoroughly cleaned the filters, checked the water supply hose for kinks etc and all ok, any ideas?
