Hotpoint Dishwasher. DWF32?

Hi,
We have a DWF32. All looks O.K. but on completion of full Cycle, and cooled down there is a great deal of condensation. , butif opened when still hot it dries off O.K. We think it maybe that the pump stops extracting the last of the water - hence when it completes the water in the "Drain" evaporates ?
I am not a DIY person . We had the repair man in, and he did not know what the trouble was, but suggested we changed the rinse aid that we use. (He still charged £30-00 call out (he lived just up the road))
Its in good condition - filters clean - .
