Dryer burns clothes between drum?

I have owned a Frigidaire Crown Series Heavy Duty dryer Model:131836400N FDE/G23RG for many years without a problem and now, my clothes get stuck between the drum and the dryer body causing my clothes to be left with a black mark. It seems that the drum is off track or something. What is the problem and how do I fix it?

not familar with this dryer but sounds as if the bearing slides/rollers at the front of drum are worn especially if it has a lot of work done, it needs dismantling and inspecting to see whats worn, not advisable to keep operating it , if the bearings/slides are worn the edge of the drum will eat through the front panel
