Mend Frigidaire FGID296GC0 Rubbing Dryer Drum

How do I fix my Dyer from rubbing? Frigidaire Gallery Series Dryer (model: ?

I just replaced my Rear Drum Bearing & Heating Element. Now I get a rubbing sound when I manually turn the drum.. Why? And how do I correct this.

Note: I have not plugged the dryer in to turn it on.

You may have knocked off the gasket at the front of the drum or it needs to be replaced.

Another possibility would be that you didn't get it centered right OR the heating element may not be secured.

Could be a lot of things after you've taken it apart. Where EXACTLY is the rubbing noise?
