Mend Tv Dvd Player Work

tv keeps switching itself off?

22" widescreen with built in dvd player, switches itself off and sometimes on, but it is annoying, may work all day with no probs then will not go 2 minutes next time. Any ideas?

Depends on position, some one close by with similar unit, your tv picking up their remotes signals, If position is such that some one outside could see your tv, possible their remote affecting yours, by accident, or messing about. Change position.
IF not in such a position, Are you sure, mirrors etc. Other wise some fault in remote system
