Mend De Dietrich DP440 Fan Oven Not Element

De Dietrich DP440 fan not working?

The fan on our De Dietrich is not working, i.e. it is not rotating and pushing any heat around the over.

I don't think it is the element as the oven heats up but the fan is not working.

Any suggestions
