Samsung RL33SBNS fridge freezer not producing cold air?

My Samsung fridge freezer is not producing cold air. Have turned off for 24hrs (for any deicing problems with fan etc and for the unit to reset itself)....didn't work. Compressor is warm (radiator warm) but not hot. Heard clicking noise from relay switch so changed it,...didn't work. The clicking noise starts with a click (sounding like from relay switch) then a few quiet clicks (like starting an old car) then a louder clunk noise and all goes quiet again. Could it be the capacitor? or am I kidding myself, do you think its the compressor?
