Mend Heat Surge Heater Going Hear

heat surge heater seems to have no power going to it ?

i have a heat surge that worked for about a year . now if you turn it on the only thing that happens is you hear the beep and the red light comes on the switch . no lights, blower or heat . any suggestions . thanks, sbd
