H7871N1GB0/01 Er5?

Hi, Last year my oven/grill worked fine but the microwave did not work. So I took out a service contract with BSH and had the microwave repaired and everything worked. The oven was then put into storage for a year as I was moving. I have now moved country unboxed and plugged in and now the microwave still works but nothing on the oven/grill side does. When I first plug in the oven it flashes up Er5 which the manual says is an electrical fault. I have removed the cover and the fuses are ok. Please could someone tell me what is wrong. It was in full working order when put into storage!
