An electrician came to check my storage heater which was not working for 2 years.
He bypass something at the fuse box level (what he told me) & the heater is back working again.
However it is overheating. I can even touch it so hot it is, you could burn yourself really .(even with output turned to max opposite clock wise). I called back the electrician who told me it was not dangerous. But i still feel something is wrong.
Storage heaters are supposed to get very hot, that's how they work. If the heater gets too hot, it has a safety fuse which melts to prevent damage to the heater. If your fuse hasn't melted, your heater's working as it should, simples
