The pressure on my baxi 80 Eco is zero. Help!!?

Hello, can anyone help me turn up the baxi pressure ? I turned the boiler off at the plug by accident. Now the pressure is zero. Checked the manual but still don't know how to turn the pressure back up. Any help would be much appreciated thanks.
