Mend Hotpoint FDL 570 Dishwasher Flashing Cleaning

flashing on/off switch and start/purse switch ??????????

I have a Hotpoint FDL 570 Dishwasher and the on/off switch and start/purse switch are flashing green and its not cleaning, can anyone help. PLEASE
