Indesit IDL40 light 3 flashing?

Hi

Can't get through to indesit or see and answer online. My mums idl40 has a flashing rinse light, light 3, and seems to fo nothing :(. Tried obvious things like power cycling and checking not blocked. No change. Any ideas?
