Hi:o)

Just had this one myself.

Turn off elecs to machine, tip at angle to empty bottom tray (towels on floor useful) *this tray is literally the bottom shelf/part next to the floor*

Carefully (help may be needed) release tray by screws on underside. You will see a thingy *technical term* it has a polystyrene float with a metal widget bit over it, this is the float and cut out. That's what's stopping the machine filling and leaving the pump on, it gets jammed on the up bit.

Make sure float and switch move easily and dry them.

Replace screws, turn on elec, press start and stand back.

Hopefully, problem sorted.
