Mend Bosch AHS 4-16 Cover Remove Screws

How can I take the cover off a Bosch AHS 4-16 hedge trimmer? ?

I have remove all the screws including the tamper-proof screw, but the cover does not come off. It has stopped working, although the lead is undamaged, and the power is getting through to the terminal block inside the case.
