Hi, I have just taken out my new Parkside long reach hedge trimmer PHSL 900 A3 for the first time, set it up ( per instructions), plugged it in and it won't come on. I bought it in Lidl about 3 weeks ago. I would welcome any advice, before I take it back. Thanks
Just return it. You'll invalidate any warranty by fiddling.
You could just check it's plugged in properly (eliminate any extension lead. Plug straight in to a socket).
