how do I fix my sportscraft TX2.5 treadmill?

I have a sportscraft TX2.5 treadmill. I is stuck on 7 mph. I had the fuse checked and it is still good. I have tried to unplug it to reset it and that doesn't work either. The model is sportscraft TX2.5
The model number is 3-1-04-025
