How can I fix or replace my telephone wall jack?

Hi Terry if you undo your line jack socket or master box you should see the wires are in a v grove thats were your problem lies what you need to do is push the wires into the groves more use .the side of a sharp knife then youre socket should work i am a telephone enginer. If on the other hand its the feed wires to your socket orange and white then take each one out at a time then srip back some new wire and put them back in vire the screw that holds them in.
