my thomson box has stopped working.. and i cant record or see previous recordings on settings it says that there is no kind of storage is it has been removed and i have reverted the sofware back from v 7.1 something back to v5. something to see if that would work it didnt i have now unplugged it for a few hours and this still doesnt help.. SO PLEASE HELP!!!!
Take it back to the retailer where you bought it with your receipt, bank statement etc and if under 6 months old they should replace it Sales of Goods Act 1979. (i had one 2 years ago and it lasted less than 6 months, got to the stage i was on 1st name terms with telehelp!) after 6 months they should repair or pos replace it. In my opinion, And Im on machine no 5 dif brand but failed again SKY or BT Vision!FED UP with the pants technology.
