I have elderly relative who has Phone Guardian 100 with emergency call features. The phone works well and summoned help recently following a fall. However the top right hand red calling button contiunes to flash.I have tried disconnecting it both on power and phone line,made and received calls , but it 'flashes'
Has any body got any ideas..
