Hot water from sinks and bath but no hot water in separate shower?

Hi, I have a Baxi combi boiler and first of all no problems. Now I am getting very hot water from the sinks in kitchen and bathroom and also from bath but not from separate shower cubicle. Any ideas? Where do I start? Checked boiler user guide and all seems ok there I think. Thanks
