I have an ideal slimline classic boiler and the piolt light is on and it seems to be working. However i have just turned the shower on and no hot water? I then tried the hot tap in the bathroom and the kitchen and still no hot water.
Can anyone help?
does the heating work ? if so the boiler is fine if not boiler is at fault.
If boiler works I would be checking the three way valve next to the hot water cylinder on the side of the valve there should be a lever move it across and hold for 60 sec see if the pipes strat to warm up , if they do new valve needed.
