Mend Canon E300e Worked Ago Suggestions

Why won't my Canon E300e power on?

My Canon E300e, worked 6 months ago, however after storage will not power on, even with mains adapter. Any suggestions as to why this could be?

some of the small capacitors are leaking(10mf 16volt).I've replaced dozens of them.You can tell because the camera will stink of fish when it gets warm.
