How to remove thermostat - Zanussi zebf255W-925 889 665 ?

I don't know all models but if it is a manual stat fastened to the side of the fridge liner on the right all you have to do is unscrew the plastic housing from the side and slide it forward.this gives access to capillary/wiring/thermostat.Capillary pulls out of tube built in to the foam liner.if it doesn't pull you have to remove the airflow housing at the back as the capillary is mounted to there.As I say not sure of model so these instructions cover a multitude of models and not pacific to your model
