How do I replace a thermostat?

I have a zanussi ZK87/34EF Fridge Freezer.The temperature in the fridge is not cool however the freezer is working well. The fan is also working.
I believe I need to replace the thermostat part no ES581479. How do I access the theromstat ?

it doesnt sound like your thermostat, it sounds like a compressor failure or it has a refrigerent leak, call an engineer to have a look.
