how can i fix my fridge freezer?

i have a zanussi electrolux fridge freezer the freezer works fine but the fridge wont could it be the thermostat and where is it help?

is it frost free?.if so turn it off at the mains for 24hrs and defrost the fridge and freezer with the doors left open.switch it on and it should work ok but if it goes again back to the same fault within a month then you have a faulty auto defrost issue.sometimes it is the defrost timer that goes fault but with no model details it is impossible to say!.
