AWOD 5526 whirlpool washer F8?

i have a whirpool washing machine AWOD 5526 and i did a boil (95deg) and F8 came up and will not do another wash. i have tried resetting it and cleaning the filter but it still will not wash. Could anybody tell me what F8 means please as i dont want a cowboy to tell me its something else Thanks
