how can i fix iveco 75e15 lorry?

My lorry will only go into reverse gear - what is wrong and how can i fix it

ok i guess you haven't bothered looking at the vehicle and want an instant fix ,that won't happen without futher info ,so have a look at the gear linkage,see if it's excessively worn ,can you select forward gears by manually selecting gears at the gearbox itself ??
