my mod300stop working no green light on arm?

hi raymond...........1/check the isolator switch at back of carriage is on..2/the keyswitch under armrest and the armrest rocker switch are both on ,if these are all on and still nothing,,try moving the wire loom at back of chair near the clamp and see if the green led comes on as wires here can break due to swiveling the chair at the top..let us know if any of this helps you...also the hand winding tool your on about is to reset the safety gear ,,to reset you need to wind the lift up about a foot then remove the tool out and call the lift up also another way to check the battery charger is does it feel warm when on...if cold check the supply to charger.......regards ian/portsmouth/uk
