Mend Netaheat 30e Combi Boiler Central Heating Thermostat

Problem with netaheat profile 30e?

Hello, I have the above combi boiler and my problem is this. On the Honeywell control panel I can select the switch to heat the water, the boiler sparks and flame is seen. If I try it with the central heating switch, Nothing happens. I have checked the Thermostat (living room) and can see voltages, I have also checked the control panel, voltages seen. I have taken the cover off the boiler and can see voltages there when the central heating switch is on. Anybody have any ideas whats at fault here? Thanks in advance Martin Kite.

martin... it is a simple operation to change the synchron motor in most valves, and they dont need draining down! cost approx £10....

Thanks Dom, Cheked the 3-way diverter valve and moved the switch to Manual, low and behold and the ch came on. Only problem is it keeps sliding back to auto. Will have to get this changed in the new year. Thanks again for your help !

more common is a fault with the motorised valve.... check that first as the boiler is not a combi and control between hw and ch takes place there.
