Mend Ford Focus TDCI Turbo Engine Smoke

faulty turbo focus tdci ?

after giving my car a regular service i found a film of oil on the inside of the inter cooler hoses. is this a normal engine operation, its not using oil, there is no loss of power and theres no sign of smoke out the exhaust. engine runs ok.
