faulty turbo focus tdci ?

after giving my car a regular service i found a film of oil on the inside of the inter cooler hoses. is this a normal engine operation, its not using oil, there is no loss of power and theres no sign of smoke out the exhaust. engine runs ok.

would say that it is quite normal to find some oil in intercooler and hoses
