Mend Peugeot 406 HDI Immobiliser Battery

How can I turn off my immobiliser?

Hi, I`ve just come off hols and my battery was flat,tried a jump and no good.Then noticed the immobiliser Sign on the dash.Bought a new battery and it still will not start,Anyone any ideas,PEUGEOT 406 HDI 2003 YEAR.
