Mend Pulse Strider Scooter Engine Problem

scooter got no drive ?

My Pulse Strider starts up and ticks over but the doesnt drive?
i recently bought a pulse strider, the engine starts and ticks over but scooter doesnt drive. The scooters engine sounds like a bag of spanners being shook. I really wont to get it running a soon as poss so if you could help me with what might be wrong i would appreciate it.

Thanks, that really helped. i have now found out what is exactly wrong with the scooter.

it sounds like the end of the variator has fallen off .you need to undo the bolts around the edge of the transmission cover on the left side of the engine where the kickstart is and have a look in there ,the variator is the round thing on the left the nut in the middle has more than likeley fell off it needs doing up tight and loctite applying to the threads to stop it doing it again.ps dont touch the kickstart lever leave it alone dont unbolt it.
