sir, i have a problem with my pcb dcmd67 serial no- 9406020002 in u11 which is not indicating transitor no.. please guide...

Thank you very much Mr. Ramesh Viswanath for the details. I have replaced the IGBT twice but again and again it getting damaged. I have replaced it with 20N60 as the original component was 20N60 only. But I checked in the website for the latest revision of the board. It is is having a big (when compared to 20N60) IGBT. Can you please provide the number of the component so that I can place the same one to resolve the issue.

If the main motor does not run, the fuse - 10A would be blown on the main board. Before replacing this fuse, check the IGBT since this would also be blown. Get any IGBT with a rating above 600V, 20A NPN and make sure the pins match before sticking it in. Usually the diode is ok. The board is poorly designed and its very easy to short the cap pads to each other and cause a short. Be careful soldering this board since its a 2 side board and the tin solder used is not good quality.

I have a probem with this board and also there is no scheme. if your board chip U12 intact, could you tell her markings. I see only TN... i think this TNY26x, but what the x at the end of mark?

I'm looking for one, too. My treadmill just died.
240vAC power to control board. Fuses okay.
Haven't gone further.

Supplier site (endex.com.tw) not helpful.
My PCB has "0407 Ji13 V2.1 DCMD67"
