yamaha aerox start?

i have a yamaha aerox i fitted a new crank berarings and engine it did not start so i tuke it into shop and they fixed it i missed the keyway key anways it worked and they did not put it in so i went and got one put it in and now it want start what can it be

?so has it got a woodruff key in between the magneto and the crankshaft or not now ?just by having the timing wrong which it will have been without a woodruff key will not do any damage but it will not start if the key is not in there and in the right place now.
