yamaha aerox 50cc?

my aerox takes longtime to start with kickstart and when it do it only goes 3mph.its got sports exhaust and uprated rollers.it was ok one minute and now not.

Did it ok before the new pipe was fitted?
I would change plug and check air filter. When fitting new pipe did you change the main jet to suit?
