Mend Paragon Plus Properly Door Closed

Paragon Plus alarm not working properly?

My paragon plus alarm is not registering when the main door is opened or closed so when it is set it just goes on beeping then the red alarm light comes on in the panel, however the alarm does not sound. However the door switch has been tested and seems ok, any suggestions? Thanks

the door contact is broken,just replace it,

one of the sensors is telling the alarm a door is open or a pir is sensing something.put the alarm in to walk test and test each sensor.you can also ask the alarm which sensor is arming by pressing a combination of buttons on the panel,look in the user manual or download fro pyronix website
