baumatic oven door 'adjustment'?

hi! my baumatic b185ss-b oven door doesn't seem to close fully. with the door 'closed' you can hear the fan operating and feel some heat escaping from the door through a slight gap. pushing the door gently closes it properly but the moment you let go the door moves away slightly and the problem returns. girlfriend thinks it's the seal. i think it's door adjustment. is there any way of adjusting the door? or has some sort of retaining mechanism worn/given up? the oven is about 6 maybe 7 years old. thanks for any help!
