Mend Pioneer SD-P501 Red Green Crt

No red or green crt?

Pioneer sd-p501. No red or green. Only blue with picture good sound just no red or green. Switched red CRT to blue and red CRT lighted so CRT is good. What would stop red and green from lighting up all have power from flyback
