how can i fix my 32 inch magnavox ms3250 c21 chassy 32t800 7629?

when i turn it on 8 colored lines horizontally in the center 2 blue 2 green 4 red then picture comes on cloudy with horizontal lines fron middle of screen up getting smaller then it goes black.i replaced a resister on crt board # 3340 with 10 ohm 1/2 w resister still does the same thing can it be fixed and how,thanks
