Mend Sony Ericsson Button Open

one button on keypad won't work and type letters?

How can i open my sony ericsson to see why my button on my keypad for m n and o letters and number 6 won't work but all the others do?

more than likely you need a new keypad membrain situated under the key pad this is connected to the phone by a flex ribbob be carefull they are delicate here is a good site for you to help with disassembley etc if your not competent then take it to a repair shop
