Mend Craftsman 1.9 12" Starter Rope

repair gas line and starter rope on a 1.9 12" craftsman chainsaw?

I can see where the rope winds around the pulley but even after taking the nut off I cant pull the rotor out to get the old rope that is left and the new one on. I also noted that the plastic line from the gas tank was broken also. How do I fix these things please.
