Windows media player 12 disappeared after updating service packs on BRAND NEW HP laptop... No free download on microsoft.com wtf do I do?

try doing (system restore) on it to a date before you downloaded the player" look up ( system restore on googel, not hard to do,, should take your pc back to a day before you had the problem ,
