Our machine just went 'POP' and a cloud of smoke came out the back.
What spare parts are availbale or who can fix it?

Hello Roderik,
Sounds like the suppressor just blew, you shoukld be able to take it out and disard it un less it is joined to the interior of the motor in which case you will need to replace it from your local Elna dealer
