it would help if i knew the make & model of boiler you are referring to ?
not all boilers have the same start up procedure
an easy cop out for me would be to say ''look in the user manual''
but the chances are you dont have it do you?
otherwise you would have said
''my boiler MAKE MODEL needs restarting
how do you do it?''
