supports for side roller guides were being pulled from the ceiling -just secured by 3 long nails!I hammered them back in place, no real resistance to this, then put brackets underneath to keep the supports horizontal.door came up OK but stopped on reclose . The motor will not start.Model is henderson sprint S550N.
