my washer wont start ,i choose cycle press start door lock light flashes and can hear a click as thou its gonna fill but nothing at first thought door wasnt shut properly so gave little shove and momentarilly started to fill then stopped gave jiggle again and started all seemed fine. went back to empty when should off finished but seems to of given up again. ive tried jiggling door again but nothing.... the door locks and the light flashes but doesnt go solid could it be the lock mecanism any help greatly appresiated..
think it could be the micro the door operates ok it locks as it should just wont start .i thiught it had something to do with the sensor for the door catch,otherwise i would of been able to use dryer or spin prog but as i say theres just nothing cheer for your response

locate door switch and check for correct operation,if that doesnt solveproblem you gonna have to look deeper.the micro on the door is the most likely problem since you say the door light flash and nothing else happen
