Need list of fault codes for Fisher Paykel Washer, GWL11 US?

Need complete list of all displayable "fault codes" for Fisher Paykel "eco smart" Washer, Model #GWL11 US. Unit is 3 years old.
Current problem, with Regular wash cycle selected, Water level selected at AUTO, HIGH or HIGH/MEDIUM, wash cycle stops, displaying error code of 66.
This problem is repeatable.
With Water level set to MEDIUM or LOW wash cycles complete normally with no errors.
Error code 66 is not listed on the "eco smart' service summary paper stored inside the console.

66. (01000001) Pressure Transducer Error [Ptx Frequency > 90 kHz]
Note: this supersedes Fault code 65 from V41 Motor controller code onwards.
The Motor Control module has received signals from the water level sensor (Ptx)
above normal frequency values.
Primary Source: Motor Control module
Action: Replace Motor Control module
