Mend Repair Replaced Works

Repair strobe. Is it possible?

I dropped my camera with the strobe attached, but the strobe broke off and the plastic base broke. Can I get that replaced? The strobe still works, but the glue I used to repair the plastic base didn't hold.
Please advise.
